To be eligible for the Evergreen Health Insurance Program, you must meet certain criteria including (but not limited to):
Living in Washington State.
Have a gross monthly income up to $4,424 (in 2019) or less for a single person, or up to 425% of the 2019 Federal Poverty Level.
